Casements

    Features

  • Window opens 90°
The window is able to open to a full 90 degrees, which improves ventilation and makes it easy to clean.

  • Warm Edge Spacers
Spacers separate and seal layers of glass in an insulated glass unit. Non-metal spacers are composed of a polymer foam, as opposed to metal, which absorbs moisture, reduces condensation and the transfer of heat. This will reduce the overall energy costs of your home.

  • Triple Weather Seal
Having a triple weather seal eliminates air infiltration providing a true airtight seal. This puts a stop to cold air leaking through your windows during the wintertime and will ensure cold air is kept inside during the summertime, reducing energy costs.

  • Full Screen With Overlapping Frame
A full screen allows for increased ventilation into the home, allowing fresh air in while keeping the insects out. No visible screen clips allows for a cleaner, more subtle appearance.

  • Vinyl Precision-Mitered, Fusion-Welded Frames & Sashes
Sashes are welded simultaneously using the latest technology, which heats the vinyl and then under pressure fits the vinyl members together forming a strong weld. This improves the longevity of your Vinyl frame.

  • Mortise & Tenon Joints
Used on wood windows to create an interlocking connection between two separate pieces of material, most often wood. This process allows for a strong hold between the two pieces, ultimately resulting in an overall increased connection between the pieces creating a stronger joint.

  • Folding Handles
Handles fold away for easy window placement.
