I have built 2 homes over the last 12 years and have used Torwin on both jobs to our satisfaction. I just wanted to thank you for the excellent job that Torwin did installing our new windows. The fact of the matter is the decision to install new windows was an excruciating one for us to make given that our home is 96 years old and has a Victorian charm that we don't want to loose.

The installers were professional and courteous at all times and went out of there way to make sure that the installation of the new windows was extremely professional.

The biggest compliment came from my own parent's who visit regularly and didn't even notice the new windows. "Why was that a compliment?", you ask. It's because the house still looks as Victorian as ever and the replication of the new windows to the old design truly looks amazing!

At that time we were impressed with your professionalism and attention to detail. As a result of that experience, we later purchased additional windows and had you replace our eaves troughs.

This spring we notice that condensation was developing between the decorative panes in our front door. We called Torwin and spoke to Nick. Nick promptly arranged for a representative from Torwin to visit our home. Torwin removed the window, replaced it with a temporary one while they rebuilt the damaged window. Torwin kept us informed of their actions and kept every appointment as promised.
